This is a Work in Progress performance featuring brand-new material.

Sony and Writers’ Guild Award-winning writer and comedian Mark Steel is best known for his critically acclaimed BBC Radio 4 show Mark Steel’s in Town. Mark presented the BAFTA-nominated Mark Steel Lectures for BBC Two and is a regular on BBC One’s Have I Got News for You and BBC Radio 4’s The News Quiz.

He has also written several acclaimed books, including Reasons to Be Cheerful and What’s Going On?

Following his recovery from throat cancer, Mark has recently released The Leopard in My House, about his experiences during this difficult time.

Due to unforeseen circumstances the date of this performance has been changed from Wednesday 7 October 2026 to Tuesday 13 October 2026.

All customer tickets have been transferred to the new date. Please contact the box office if you are unable to make the new date.

Ticket prices include a £1.50 Booking Fee, a £1 Restoration Levy and a 25p Community Fund Levy.
