The organiser
The giveaway is organised by The Kenton Theatre, 19 New Street, Henley-on-Thames, Oxfordshire, RG9 2BP.

Who can enter?
Nominators must be aged 18 or over. You can nominate your own family or a family you know.
There is no postcode restriction, but the nominated family must be able to attend the specified performance. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
Employees and trustees of The Kenton Theatre, people directly involved in administering the giveaway and their immediate households are not eligible to receive tickets.
Entry is free. No purchase, donation or newsletter subscription is required.
How to nominate
Complete the nomination form on the giveaway page from Sat 3 Oct 2026.
Nominations close Fri 6 Nov 2026 at 5pm. All times are UK local time.
Nominations made through social media comments, direct messages or other channels will not count as entries.
Provide accurate information and a working email address. Please do not include children’s contact details or financial, medical or other sensitive information about the family.
One chance per family
Each nominated family receives one entry in the draw, regardless of how many times they are nominated.
Duplicate nominations will be combined. The theatre may contact nominators to clarify whether entries refer to the same family.
Incomplete, fraudulent or automated nominations may be excluded. Nominations are not assessed on personal circumstances or the quality of any message.
The tickets
Three families will each receive up to five tickets, including adults and children, for Sat 5 Dec 2026 at 7pm.
No booking fees or levies will be charged on the prize tickets. Travel, parking, food, drinks and other expenses are not included.
Tickets are valid only for this performance. There is no cash alternative. Tickets must not be sold or transferred to another household without the theatre’s agreement.
Selection and notification
Three eligible families will be selected at random on Mon 9 Nov 2026, using a verifiably random computer process or a draw supervised by an independent person.
If fewer than three eligible families are nominated, tickets will be awarded to the eligible families available.
Selected nominators will be contacted by email from Mon 9 Nov.
If you nominated another family, we will ask you to check privately whether they would like to accept. An adult representative of the family must then contact the theatre directly.
Acceptance must be confirmed by Fri 13 Nov 2026 at 5pm.
If a family declines, cannot attend, is ineligible or does not confirm by the deadline, another eligible family will be selected at random. Replacement recipients will be given an acceptance deadline when contacted.
Booking and access requirements
Box Office will confirm the number of tickets required, up to five, and allocate seats.
Please discuss access or seating requirements when accepting the tickets so we can arrange suitable seating.
Tickets will be issued before the performance. Standard theatre admission conditions apply.
Your gift message
You may leave an optional message to accompany the tickets and choose whether your name is included.
The message will only be shared with the family if they accept the tickets. It does not affect their chance of being selected.
The theatre may omit messages containing sensitive information, inappropriate content or information about other people.
Privacy and publicity
Personal information will be used to administer the giveaway, check entries, contact selected nominators and arrange bookings. Further information is available in the theatre’s privacy notice.
Entering does not automatically subscribe anyone to marketing emails.
Families do not have to provide photographs, interviews or testimonials to receive their tickets. Any promotional use of their name, image or story will require separate permission.
To demonstrate that valid prizes were awarded, the theatre may make the surname and county of adult recipients available on request. Nominators and recipients may object to this disclosure, or request that less information is shared, by emailing aspen.weatherburn@thekenton.org.uk.
Information may still need to be supplied to the Advertising Standards Authority if requested.
Changes or cancellation
The theatre will only change or cancel the giveaway where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary. Changes will be explained on the giveaway page and communicated to affected participants.
If the performance is cancelled, the theatre will offer a reasonable alternative of equivalent value where possible.
Social media
This giveaway is organised by The Kenton Theatre. It is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook or Instagram.
Liking, following, tagging or sharing a social media post is not required to enter.
Agreement to these terms
Submitting a nomination means you agree to these terms. The nominated family must also accept them before receiving their tickets.
These terms do not affect participants’ statutory rights.
