The Kenton Theatre has introduced ticket refund protection with Secure My Booking, giving audiences extra peace of mind when booking tickets.

We know that sometimes the unexpected happens and plans have to change. Customers booking tickets at the Kenton can now choose to add ticket refund protection to their order during checkout.

Provided by Secure My Booking, the protection covers a range of unforeseen circumstances including accidents, illness, severe weather, public transport failures and more.

Adding protection is simple. Just select the option when you book online and, if you’re later unable to attend for a covered reason, you can make a refund application directly through Secure My Booking.

Their customer service team handles the application process and reviews any supporting documentation required. Most valid refunds are paid within 72 hours, and often on the same day when the necessary documents are provided.

So whether you’re booking something for next week or planning your Christmas trip to the Kenton, you can protect your tickets at the same time.
