Need to apply for a refund?
If you purchased ticket refund protection and are unable to attend for a covered reason, you can apply directly through Secure My Booking.
You will need details of your booking and may be asked to provide supporting documentation relating to the reason you are unable to attend.
Refund applications can be made after purchasing your tickets and up to 60 days after the event.
