After rave reviews from Kenton audience members, Live Far From The Apollo returns to Henley-on-Thames this Autumn.
Live Far From The Apollo has previously brought TV stars including Stephen K Amos and Laura Smyth (star of Live At The Apollo, Have I Got News For You and 8 Out of Ten Cats Does Count Down) to the Kenton Theatre.
Stephen Bailey – Headlining
Stephen is an award-winning comedian, actor, presenter and writer. Known for being a proud northern, working class, gay man, his brand of gossipy humour has singled him out as one of the UK’s most sought-after talents for comedy and entertainment formats.
Stephen has appeared on a vast array of comedy TV shows including Live At The
Apollo, Comic Relief, Would I Lie To You, The Apprentice: You’re Fired and Celebrity Mastermind to name but a few! As well as being a prominent Headliner on the UK comedy circuit, he has also supported the biggest names in stand-up on their arena tours, including Micky Flanagan, Lucy Beaumont, Katherine Ryan, Jenny Eclair, Jason Manford, John Bishop and Sarah Millican. See him live at Kenton before he starts headline his own arena shows!

Hal Cruttenden – Opening
Hal is one of the top stand up comedians working in the UK today, as well as being a highly accomplished writer and actor. He has made several appearances on Live at the Apollo, Have I Got News For You and The Royal Variety Performance, Mock the Week, The Great British Bake Off: An Extra Slice, Would I Lie To You and The Apprentice: You’re Fired.
Hal has completed six nationwide and international tours and has also performed for the British Armed Forces in the Falkland Islands, Cyprus and Germany.
Having originally trained at the Central School of Speech and Drama, Hal’s acting career includes roles on TV and film in Shackleton, Eastenders and Kavanagh QC. Hal will play Winston Churchill in The Man with the Plan, the film is set for release soon.
