Celebrating six years of partnership with Blandy & Blandy

The Kenton Theatre is delighted to celebrate six years of support from Blandy & Blandy, as the leading Thames Valley law firm renews its commitment to Henley’s historic theatre.

With an office at 24 Thameside in Henley, Blandy & Blandy has become a valued supporter of the Kenton, helping us bring live entertainment to audiences across Henley and beyond.

The firm will continue its longstanding sponsorship of the theatre’s Box Office and returns as a main sponsor of this year’s Christmas pantomime, Dick Whittington, alongside The Abbey School.

A festive partnership

This Christmas, we’re delighted to be extending our partnership even further.

Blandy & Blandy is supporting Henley’s much-loved Living Advent Calendar, and on Sun 13 Dec, we’ll be joining forces to co-host a special festive event.

The occasion promises to be a wonderful opportunity to bring people together and celebrate everything that makes Henley such a special place at Christmas.

Claire Dyer, Chair and Partner at Blandy & Blandy, said:

“We are proud to have supported The Kenton for many years and to continue to sponsor the theatre’s box office and fantastic pantomime, alongside co-hosting an event together for the first time as part of the Living Advent Calendar. The Kenton is a wonderful asset at the heart of the local community and our colleagues have enjoyed many performances at the theatre over the years.”

Supporting the future of the Kenton

As a regional theatre with its heart in the community, the Kenton depends on the generosity of local businesses, supporters and audiences to help preserve our historic building and bring a varied programme of live entertainment to the stage.

Partnerships like this make a genuine difference, helping us continue to welcome audiences of all ages while safeguarding the theatre for future generations.

Lottie Pheasant, Theatre Manager at The Kenton Theatre, said:

“We’re incredibly grateful to Blandy & Blandy for their generosity and continued commitment to The Kenton. Partnerships like this play such an important role in supporting independent regional theatres, helping us bring exceptional live entertainment to Henley and the surrounding area while protecting our historic theatre for future generations.

“Six years of support is a real testament to the strength of our relationship, and it’s particularly exciting to be working together on this year’s Living Advent Calendar. We’re looking forward to celebrating a wonderful festive season with Blandy & Blandy and our local community.”
