Kenton Youth – Join Our Team

We are looking for passionate and committed individuals to join our team in the following roles: Education Manager, Lead Facilitator, and Class Assistant, helping to deliver an exciting new theatre programme for young people aged 9–16 at the Kenton Theatre in Henley-on-Thames.

Full job descriptions for each role can be found via the links below.

Launching in September 2026, Kenton Youth is an inclusive, creative programme where young people can explore all aspects of theatre-making, from acting, singing and movement to technical theatre, including lighting, sound, costume and stage management. Students will also have the opportunity to attend a masterclass led by a West End professional, work towards Arts Award accreditation, and produce and take part in a summer showcase.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a new initiative that uses theatre to inspire, challenge and support young people in a creative and collaborative environment.
