Development & Engagement Manager
Are you passionate about theatre and its power to bring communities together? Do you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities and making a real impact?
The Kenton Theatre is looking for a Development & Engagement Manager to grow income and strengthen connections with local audiences, businesses and community groups. This is a varied and rewarding role where you’ll lead fundraising activity, develop partnerships, deliver engaging events and shape how we connect with our community.
We’re looking for someone proactive, people-focused and a confident communicator, with experience in fundraising, partnerships or community engagement. Join us and play a key role in shaping the next act of The Kenton Theatre.

Casual Freelance Theatre Technician
We’re always on the lookout for skilled and enthusiastic casual freelance Theatre Technicians to help bring live performances to life! Working closely with our Technical Manager and visiting companies, you’ll play a key role in setting up and operating lighting, sound, and video for a wide range of shows and events. If you’re hands-on, tech-savvy, and love the buzz of live theatre, we want to hear from you!
